Yeah trimming the wicks aren't going to do anything for flavor or performance. Like someone else mentioned, moving the wicks around is what gives this effect. After filling my novas, or stardusts, I take a paperclip & shift the wicks around a bit just to free them up.
You haven't had a strawberry vape until you've tried fuzion vapor Bob Marley Blood, or Chuck Norris Blood, but Marley has a stronger strawberry taste. Amazing!

I haven't seen any mention of these around here so I thought I'd throw it out there. I just ordered one of these, there's lots of different kinds. Figured it would work great for charging my phone, and most importantly my vape, when I'm on the go.
The longer you go without one, the further up the hill you get, closer to the other side.. it's ok to slip from time to time, I've done it tons of times, and immediately after I pick up my vape and wonder why I did that lol. don't make a big deal out of it.
Ok.
I want to touch base with everyone, I have contacted AiV about my experience so far and as of today I see the company in a new light.
I still stand by my original post to extent, but I have underestimated the actual quality of the juices they sell. I heard so many great things about them...
I'm all for Modding and tweaking on stuff. But stock Nova heads aren't really designed to go thru that kind of process unless you're rewicking. The silica wicks will start deteriorating & you DONT want to be vaping particles of that crap into your throat, which most likely will happen if u try...
Don't clean the heads with alcohol, don't dry burn the heads, and don't try to salvage them in any way unless you're desperate and have no other options.
Buy the replacement heads, they're cheap & you wont be dealing with all that hassle you're describing.
When you screw on the top cap, make sure the center seal & post isn't becoming dislodged. You can check this by removing the drip tip & looking down the center. Use a paperclip to straighten it out
All those nasty chemicals in cigs become stimulants.. your body has to learn how to function all over again without all those chemicals so the first year can be tough for some.. You'll most likely start feeling better a couple months from now, this all has to do with your lifestyle and how...
I had a vivi filled with some juice I didn't care for, by the time I got around to cleaning it out, it was pretty cloudy too.. I cleaned all the guts out & can still taste the old flavor.. changed the wick & everything. Odd :/
I have 4 twists, they're great. But honestly, an ego battery works pretty damn good for basic attachments.. you could use cartos with a cheap ego & you'll get nice performance. That way you're only losing $15 or so if you end up not liking the style of it. Otherwise just use ur cig-like...
