    Your drip tip definitely shouldn't be "hot" after a few hits on a 2.4ohm head @ 4.0 volts... I would stop use immediately & change the head. I vape all day on the same thing at 4.2 volts with no problems

    I started with the same setup, it's time to step it up with a new battery. Get an eGo, or anything else that'll put out more volts. Your 510 batteries are only putting out 3.2 volts max, which is relatively low..

    I tie mine to a string & attach to the ceiling fan, keeps the juice in the tank well blended. Works best when you set the fan to highest speed.

    What cartos are you using " post bogegate"

    I use 510 kanger horizontal coil cartos.. they are made pretty damn good as far as I can see, filler is really consistent. Small holes so doesn't seem to leak as much. The hits are very WARM too.. kinda trippy but I love it lol

    Mini vivi novas are nice for size, same diameter as stardust basically. Even if they aren't "the best", I still think everyone should at least try them once. I use them all the time & love them. I've gotten them from China & the US, and haven't noticed any differences.. ikv is a reputable vendor...
