Everyone has their own opinions. sorry you don't like it. I have ZERO issue with how Zen's stuff comes out of the box. I get a great vape and consistent performance. Talk with Zen if you would like explanations on your issues. He made all his choices knowingly, and has owned up to any...- thejager

Totally agree Ksmith... only issues with any of my Zen's came from my own user ineptness. Once i stopped being a dolt they worked great, and they ALL vape just as well or better than all my other devices...im no vaping spring chicken either. Zen's functionality design is not the same as everyone...- thejager
