    For me, the feeling in my throat is what makes it work. Can't quite explain it, but...the day I quit smoking, I had HEAVY cravings, and it wasn't the nicotine that "satisfied." (Nicotine takes minutes or at least seconds to hit.) But the feeling in the throat is what "does it" for me. :-)...
