    As long as you feel okay, then you are doing great! My husband uses about 5 ml a day. We both find that using a double coil , we use more ejuice then we did with a single one.

    My cold turkey quit was the longest at 7 1/2 months. I am only at 5 months 1 week right now but it has been a piece of cake this time with vaping. I will surpass my cold turkey quit without a doubt.

    My sister in law was talking to a supplier about burning in her throat and the guy told her it would be the vg. To get 80 pg and 20 vg and it doesn't seem to be bothering her anymore.
