10 days to quit after 2 years of "trying"
Hang in there. The cravings do lesson. I used to get a few days here and there and sometimes days back to back cravings. I really wanted to quit and I have stuck with it. current all day vape?

Has anyone else had bad acne since vaping? It's not "quit zits"
I switched to a higher pg and my acne clears up, but if I puff on my husbands ecig that is a 50/50 mix I get some more acne popping up. So far I believe it is the vg for me that is making me break out. I am at 75pg 25 vg and that seems to help clear the acne up.- Deeo

Will you continue to vape if liquid nicotine is banned?
It was a toss up on the wear a patch while vaping or just vaping 0 nic. I choose the patch while vaping. But if there is a black market I would choose that. In a few months my answer may change to 0 nic as I am on 6 mg right now and things change.
