    Don't beat yourself up for leaving vaping, you have come back! I left for a while, came back and this time i got this. Sometimes it takes a try or two but as long as we keep trying. You have a nice start up set up going one. :)

    Doing so without lowing nic levels first may lead back to smoking. I would try straight PG and then straight VG maybe it is just one of those that is causing the weight gain. I would experiment before quitting vaping totally as in cold turkey off nicotine.

    Any good vape store will have this listed under the juices that cause this to happen and need a glass tank and IMO if they don,t they are not worth keeping as a supplier. If they don't know enough or have the respect to label this then I don't trust them on other items. Jmo

    Sure but for most of us we have felt the hazards of smoking and with vaping i feel that if it was going to be worse it wouldn't be making our breathing , blood pressure etc better. Here's to hoping that vaping is health friendly :)

    I keep hearing about the fear mongering, that "we don't know the long term effects". Well i know 2+ years of vaping isn't that long term but are you still here alive and well? :) I do not fear to much about the long term effects because i feel they can't be worse than what analogs do to you...

    Dr. Oz is a joke. I stopped watching him after he had the same show but different products for the same thing. He is there preaching to sell what he is paid to talk about. That is it thats all IMO. You can bet your .... that he got paid a great amount for airing that ecig show.
