    I bought an ego kit but remained smoking and then dropped the ego. However about 6-8 months later i picked the ego up and never looked back. Have moved on now to a vtr and loving it :)

    I have been using 75 PG 25 VG and my acne cleared up to almost none. However i decided to try 50/50 and my face broke out all over again. So i now know it is the VG that makes me get bad acne. So back to 75 PG 24 VG. I would just go completely 100% PG but i heard it is hard to breathe at 100%...

    Once you set your mind up those last 2 analogs will turn into none in no time ,as long as you truly want to quit smoking.     Think I overdosed on nicotine.

    Maybe try just 18mg. 24mg might be to much and 12 might be too low.
