    That is odd!!! I'll be interested to hear how it does going forward, you really shouldn't have to worry about cutting off at 7v. Those cells shouldn't be bothered by any load that the raptor is possible of producing. ?????

    Yep :D......I had been meaning to set it up for wood but wondered how it would work with aluminum. It worked good with aluminum, just had to go slow. I'm sure it will be wonderful for wood.

    I tried a few horizontal coil builds and one vertical coil build, and at most the best I could get for my taste was just ok. Nothing compared to a single coil TGT.

    I would suggest staying away from the fogger....just my opinion but I hated the fogger for several reasons. Please explain further why the TGT is hard to setup and fill. It should be much easier that a kayfun.
