I have only took apart new or slightly used, so I can't really say. I just run hot!!! water over it for a few minutes every once in awhile, and that's after the initial thorough wash and soak. -

The base is pressed together. So I pull out the 510 screw/spring/oring/insulator and get a punch that fits fairly tight in the hole and then using one or two swift and solid whacks with a hammer and it pops out. I found using a ss tank is the easiest way to support the large base while hammering. -

The center tube sticks up above the base, it's setup just like authentic TGT and other FT TGT's. It has to be leaking through one of the two oring seals or the outside of the pressed in base. The coils are just ran parallel and then the ends twisted together. Here is a pic of the coils....and... -

Since I'm here I will share my latest go to setup for the last few weeks. Dual 30g coils wrapped around a 16g hypo needle for ~1.3Ω - wick is ramie top fiber The ramie last longer than even hemp!!! and with the ramie I can vape the tank bone dry :D -

lol....nothing new about that board other than they put on the same display as the DNA. That board looks the SX220. I want to see this "DNA Clone" vs a DNA on a scope- bapgood

lol......yes lipo's are safe to run in a PV. Lipo's are used in cell phones as well as many other electronics, also as well as more than a few production PV's. Yes the DNA has lvc.- bapgood
