    It's called "GGTS SS Extension Sleeve" on the Greek site. They also have a brass one that says "GGTS Brass Extension Sleeve". Edit: The brass one is out of stock right now though, but the SS one isn't.

    Well grab an iAtty and you will have that perfect, seamless fit! I honestly love the look of a Penny on a GGTB, it was by far my favorite setup but I think it looks great. No, they're not the exact same size, but close enough that it looks awesome IMO.
