    I totally understand vet bills can be expensive,,,,,and sometimes unexpected things come up,,,,,,, but if they can't even afford the BASICS, they need to surrender the animal,,,,,,,,,,call animal control.

    dang, I don't know how you people DO it,,,,,I get JUST 3 hours out of my 18490s,,,,,,occasionally, when I'm busy (today I ran around shopping, doing errands, etc) I get 4-5 hours out of it,,,,,,

    if you are as heavy as I am (about 14 ml a day),,,,,,,,,,,yes, it will hold you JUST 3 hours. I'd get the extension cap and 18650 batteries as well though,,,,,,I wish I had, and now it's on my birthday list :lol:

    I don't think there's much you can do except inform the parents, if you know them,,,,, but in your neighbor's case, she was smoking outside WITH her child, so presumably, she already knows. My parents chose to allow me to smoke at 16,,,,,,probably because I would have snuck them anyhow...
