    One ml has the mass of 1 gram... 9ml of PG + 1 gram of EM crystals = 10 grams. If 1 gram of the total 10 gram solution is EM crystals, 1/10, 10%... If you dont have a scale, the 1/4 teaspoon in 8/9/10 ml of PG is safe. The Flavor Apprentice says use 8, science says 9, and ECX says 10...

    Hey guys, Cracked open a fresh gallon of PG from eseential-depot... and it has an off/chemical/sour aftertaste. I cant recall every trying straight PG before, but I could've sworn it was virtually tasteless. Am I going crazy or did I just mix 4 big bottles with funky PG?

    1 "ml" of crystals is about a gram... 1 gram dissolved in 9ml of PG or another liquid would yield a 10% EM solution. Dissolving a 1/4 teaspoon in 10ml would give you a solution less than 10% EM assuming that 1/4 teaspoon is about a gram.. in which case you're making ~9.1% EM solution.
