Mine can't seem to last longer than a day! Not the coils' fault, mind you... I'm just in the novelty/experimentation phase of the journey. Wrapping new coils is almost zen-like.
No worries nerak. I'm thankful that my home is high and dry, but there are many who sadly aren't as lucky. It's kind of surreal driving past some of the flooded areas and seeing the landscape totally unrecognizable.
Medicine hat is on alert, but thought I'd share that these pictures are of downtown Calgary. The downtown core is shut down except for emergency crews, and many areas are without power. There are also several neighborhoods along the river that have been evacuated.

Since I'm using the cotton wicks, I've gotten in the habit of re-wicking in the mornings before heading out. This morning, I guess I used a little bit too much cotton, and was getting very poor vapor production.

The only thing that would make the VVG's button better, is if there was some tactile feedback for it, like the "click" on the GLV's button.

Hehe. I was reluctant at first, until I actually sat down and used it. Then I found another benefit, in that I no longer had to carry multiple books in my bag when going out near the end of a book.

That's a lot of wick in there. Do you find that it holds a lot of juice? As I've been scouring these threads trying to learn more about rebuilables, the general consensus seems to be a smaller wick, just touching the bowl, to keep the hits fresh.
