    This is the 306DCA. It can be used on any mod with a 510 threaded connection. As sponga310 said, it is a drip cup adapter for 306 atomizers. The benefits are adjustable airflow, eliminates leakage from over-dripping, and allows you to use any 510 drip tip with your 306 atomizers.
