Masterworks Version 1.0 Review: I've had my Masterwork mod for a couple of weeks now, and have had plenty of time to give it a fairly good evaluation. Mine is made of Flamed Maple - the same piece that Woodsmith uses as his avatar. It is a beautiful piece of wood. I let Nick pick the woods for...
Received my 2nd order of Lemon Cream Puff with some "tingly" added, and it is exactly as the first batch I ordered - excellent consistency & excellent service.
I have 2 of them & they are great, but I prefer the REOs that have 6ml bottles & larger batteries just for the convenience of the larger capacity. All of my 5 REOs work great & provide me with hassle free vaping.
Wyatt Earp is definitely an acquired taste judging from the many reviews. I bought 120ml on sale based upon a couple of reviews, and it was a no-go for me. I saved it though by mixing it 50/50 with CoffeeX.
I try to only buy high quality juices from reputable suppliers with a record of excellent customer service & consistency. The suppliers I have settled on are (in no particular order):
PureVapes
VapeRite
Gourmet Vapor
FreedomSmokeUSA
Price is not a primary consideration, but all of the...
Samples are the best way to find juices that you enjoy, but, if you like them all, I can see where it could be a problem. Luckily, I also found a lot of juices that I didn't like. I now have about 6 juices that I buy in large quantities, which is almost manageable, and I have sworn off looking...
I've had my Woodvil for at least a week. I vape it daily, and I'm still getting a very strong tung oil smell that is even ruining the taste of my juices. I sure hope that it goes away soon.
Noticed today that I was running out of Lemon Cream Puff. so I had to go online and order another 60ml. Butterscotch Cookie is still my favorite PureVapes juice, but I'm really enjoying the Lemon Cream Puff.
The wiring does make a difference. My Phidias mods run naturally hotter then my REOs, so I only use regular 510 attys in them. When I contacted Fono (the Phidias maker) he said he used a different wire than Robert used in the REOs, and that made the difference in the level of heat produced.
If you can only buy one, I would say that it depends on how long you want to use it without changing batteries or adding juice. I have both and they are great, but I prefer the Grand because I can get through 12 to 15 hours of vaping without any battery or juice hassles. If I'm home & have juice...
I've been using my new REO Woodvil REO for 2 days now & love it, but I am having a problem - it has a rather heavy Tung oil type smell that is a little over-powering. Has anyone else noticed this & have any suggestions on how to get rid of it.
I'm vaping the Butterscotch Almond that I just received about a week ago. I'm trying it out in my 2 new bottom feeders - a REO Woodvil & a SouthPaw Masterwork. They are both equipped with LR510 attys. The juice is excellent, great flavor, good TH & vapor, and one that I will be ordering again...
