    I buy my juices in large quantities, store them in a cool place out of the light,, and have no problems with them deteriorating - even after a year or more. Your juice should be fine.

    It sounds as though the switch problem has not been fixed. Save yourself the hassle and buy a REO. I have 5 of them and have never experienced any problems - they all work flawlessly.
