    What level of nicotine are you using?

    I started out at 36mg, dropped down to 24mg after 3 months, then tried 18mg, but it didn't work for me, so I'm back at 24mg, which works great at holding the cravings at bay.

    Thanks for the links. Her videos, though, have been deleted from FSUSA's Forum Stickys. I'm just guessing, but it appears as though MistressNomad & FSUSA have parted ways. I hope I'm wrong because I'm a fan of both.
