    No sub-ohm stuff,just low-ohm stuff,1.3-1.6,micro coil and cotton on 1 kayfun,regular coil and xc116 on the other and SS mesh and 4 wraps on my genny's. Sub-ohms kill any battery life(not to mention other issues) and low ohm gives me a solid enough kick.

    The 18490 AW is not protected,I don't think any IMR batteries are protected,none of mine are.The AW 18500 is a protected battery,but not an IMR.

    nope,But most of my coils come in around 1.3-1.6 ohms and I only use the xc on a kayfun lite,for the genny's I still prefer mesh.

    You folks make me feel unprepared........I only carry my ELA and whatever is on top of it that day,lately,its been a k-lite full of KBV butterscotch cookie,good stuff it is.No screwdrivers,extra wire or juice,maybe one 18650 in a battery box for a 16 hr. start to finish workday
