    Prolly about the same time the poldiac first went live.Buncha peeps whined when their MMV stuff sat in customs for up to 3 weeks(took one day from greece to NY,3 weeks was average time in NY customs,some way longer than that). Now its UPS(I think)-3 days from ship notice to your door

    I think its because a mechanical PV with a good hi drain battery like the AW's or the panasonic or MNKE is a little more forgiving of shorts or hot spots than a VV.Also some want to vape a 60w light bulb too. although I don't have any problems running a z atty pro or a DID on the provari...

    3.6v for 3.7 batteries.They should come off the charger at 4.1-4.2v,over 4.2 is not good for the battery

    Then it probly is the floating center pin,mine done the same thing,After a good cleaning,I took the spring in the center post out and streched it just a little bit and put it back together,tried it out and it fired up like it sposed to

    I have both,my AC9 is a first run and I *think* they have made some improvement on the design but ain't sure what they did. The positive post connection on my AC9 is aggravating,but that may be one of the lmprovements,I dunno. If I was only gonna buy one,it would be the ZAP,but I know someone...
