    Bottle Question

Hey BridgeCity - What is the number of the Avery label you use for this? I use the regular return address (like the 5195) with my HP Office jet printer and they do not stand up near water.

    Bottle Question

1 - Get a Brother P-Touch label maker - $15.00 up... These labels withstand the hot water. (Office supply, Walmart, eBay...) 2 - Use small colored rubber bands around the neck of the bottle(s) to identify it's flavor...

    Juice collection

Yep, I have a drawer containing at least 75 bottles of store bought. So, I decided to go the DIY path. Now, I have a chest of drawers containing 315 bottles of different flavorings, along with a gallon of VG and a gallon of PG - and a large bottle of nic... Sitting next to a file cabinet...

I Have Come Down With A New DIY Disease

No truer words have been seen on this forum. (Am I the only one that has considered pawning the title to his car to get more flavorings?)

Recently Decided to Organize My Flavor Bottles.

That is some impressive work - ping jockey! My dad, and both grandfathers were carpenters. The only nail I was ever able to hit consistently was the one on my left thumb. I glanced around at some of your other (earlier) creative posts. I like what you did to retire your multimeter. I...

Premium juices no shrink wrap getting cut?

Over the past several months, I have ordered juice from many large name as well as unheard of companies and very very few come in a shrink wrapped container. I am looking at a drawer containing about 50 10 - 15 mL bottles and not a one came with shrink wrap... Just my 2¢!

    Help Needed: Fast Steeping Methods

Over the summer a very controlled experiment was conducted using blind testers from this forum across the USA. Three vials of juice were sent to each of us marked "A", "B" & "C". One was unsteeped, another was steeped in a croc pot and the other was steeped in a UC device. Immediately all of...

    Concentrate storage

Thank you! I presented - in large pictures - a totally different approach yesterday on another "vape information sharing site". Word has it that one cannot mention other information sites here, and I do not want to see myself banned. You should see what one can do when they mix VG with plain...

    Concentrate storage

That is plain old 1" sheets of styrofoam from Walmart cut to drawer size. I had to make the tool I used to cut the holes. It started life as a flashlight. For larger bottles, use a larger hole...

Hmmm... Nearly 300 flavorings and still working on the storage problem. It seems to get more and more challenging with each order... (Still under construction.) Thanks Walmart!

Steeping Times and an Ultrasonic Cleaner Part III

That looks like it will do the job. Just remember to watch the temperature. Keep it under 150°F / 65°C. The reason I mention this is because the UC action actually heats the water - not just the unit heater.

    Dripper for flavour testing

I use 306 atomizers for tasting. Slightly messy, but quick and simple - or would that be quick and dirty? Just vape a little unflavored base through them between flavors to be sampled to clear them. Afterwards, soak the metal part in vodka/alcohol to clean. (This melts the plastic cover...)...

You are welcome! I like the toys and still use them myself. But, "good ain't good enough when better is available". (Thanks granddad.) I am replacing the crutch tip style holders... I'll tell you a secret - There is a simple way to make a silicon like substance (like rubber) from the very...

Steeping Times and an Ultrasonic Cleaner Part III

I got mine at Harbor Freight - http://www.harborfreight.com/25-liter-ultrasonic-cleaner-95563.html Watch for it to go on sale for about $70. Also, Google search for a discount coupon ranging from 25% to 40% off!!! The only problem is the 15 minute timer... That really does not bother me...

Steeping Times and an Ultrasonic Cleaner Part III

Kutamesh - Another thought is to check the UC. Cut a piece of regular kitchen aluminum foil about 4 inches square. Somehow tape it vertical into the UC water and turn it on. In a very few minutes, the foil should start "pitting" - little tiny holes showing up. After a longer period, the foil...
