    Clean tank and coils and fill with a mix of 50/50 (your choice of nic) and NO FLAVORING. See if the problem persists. If so, it's hardware/voltage/watts. If no, it's the juice. I vape 50/50-1.2% as a daily go to... It's pretty good all by itself.

    Another reason for that cheap crock pot. Place your vg in the heated water for a short time, spinning the bottle to aid the heating process ever so often. You're going to need the CP for steeping, anyway...(my 2¢)
