Denture cleaner tablets (dissolved). They are cheap. Just dissolve a couple in 2 - 3 cups of warm water and submerge the bottles in the liquid for about 12 - 24 hours. Shake, empty (individual bottles) into the container and allow to refill - repeat 3 - 4 times.

1 drop of flavor is 5% (19 drops base + 1 drop of flavoring = 20 drops)

My 2 ¢:
I treat pg based flavorings as 100% pg.
Example: If I use 1.5 mLs of "grape bubble gum" flavoring in a mix, and it is a pg based flavoring, I count this as 1.5 mLs of pg 0 nic.
