    A budget would really help, there is a huge difference between what you can get him for $100 and $500... To see if he likes it, this sounds funny, visit a gas station ask them if they sell disposable ecigs. They arent the best but it will let him see if he likes the idea of it in practice...

    There is a PCC for an ego Joye ego PCC dont know why youd need one... A good rule of thumb is 100 mah is about an hour, so the little cig like batteries are like 100mah to 200mah or 1 to 2 hours, a 1000 mah ego is like 10 hours, a 2000mah 18650 battery is like 20 hours. Hope this helps...
