That being said if you go out and get that with out some one to help you learn genne's you are setting your self...

    Ok... 4.2 is what it is at full charge with no load... Everything has an inherint loss to it... Only way to figure that out is wrap up a coil put it on your device touch neg and positive posts, and hit the fire button, watch the meter and you will see what your actual voltage under load is...

    Mechanical makes a physical mechanical connection, you press a button and it completes the circuit between the battery and the case with something moving (be it a post hitting the bottom battery post on a GG style or the pin in the cap hitting the bottom of the battery on a bottom button style)...

    Yes... Check the safety stuff for stacking if you are going to stack... Also full charge it will be 8.4V (cells are 4.2V when full charged.) Unless you are useing LIFPO4 cells they are 3.2 full charge... so 6.4...
