    No ill-effects at all. A partial discharge and recharge actually prolongs the battery life. Full depletion and charging will shorten it.

    Not fair to compare IMR 18650's to anything. That IMR battery is cheap and a quick google search should prove that to anyone. You would think he'd use a better battery to do comparisons like that. Do that test with a Trustfire and see what happens.

    They are but have you seen how ugly the Riva looks with all the threads for the cone exposed. Sure, aesthetics is the cones real purpose but it is damn ugly without one. The cone also protects the cart from being bent over if you drop it.
