For your toe, use some Arnica. It is actually called Arnica Montana. It will help with bruising and heals ijuries alot quicker. It is usually a clear odorless gel. I buy it by the 4 lb tub to keep on hand for my injuries and the horses. Great stuff.

I think the path my vaping took was necessary. I started with 510 batteries, a PCC and atomizers. I then got into bottom feeders, cartos and tanks. Now it is rebuildable tanks and atties. I like where I am now, but I needed to progress in stages.
Not many purchases I regret.
It raises it on mine just to the very top. The adapter also allows me to use my other bottom feeders. I prefer the draw with it over just the plain Chalice, but that is just me.
