Has anyone seen this report from Healthday news

People with mental issues are more likely to do a lot of things, including seeking loving relationships. Big deal. Just more bad press. Oh, and people with mental issues are more likely to drink. Perhaps we should ransack those countryside French villas where they make there own wine and...

    blown it atfer three months

I'm a dedicated vaper, I hate smoking with a vengeance. And I do not even miss smoking at all. It's a terrible, boring, habit. But have I been smoke free during the past vaping year. No! It's usually when the pressure gets high. I've been 100% smoke free for about 3-4 months. And that's the way...

I know I am beating a dead horse but ugh

Genuine, packaged coils are not always the best. Whenever I use a new Kanger coil, the first thing I do is replace the wicks. I also check the coil, if it's not good, I build a new one and replace it. This may not be what you want to hear, but building your own coils is the way to go. That way...

5 year vaper having side effects now

Sorry you're having health issues. Health issues of any kind are not good. In my twenties I developed an apple allergy, (yes, apples), but when I was younger, I loved eating apples. The older I get, the more sensitive to different foods I get. My point is, maybe you are developing a reaction...

    Protank 2 sucks

I had given up on my Protank II. Just sick of it leaking! I remember being in a very hot restaurant and it just leaked all over the place. I took it apart there and then, cleaned it all up with paper, but it was the same. Gurgling, leaking, spitting liquid in my mouth. Terrible. So I started...

my opinion: heavy users are downfall for the rest

As a second thought; last year I was in Heathrow airport and I asked the attendant if it would be ok for me to vape there. He said no problem, but asked if I could vape in the gents, so as not to offend people. I think he made a good point. It's about common courtesy and politeness. Everything...

my opinion: heavy users are downfall for the rest

It's really not about the big clouds, although if there were too many big clouds, they would help fuel the protests. I agree with realsis, it's about the money. How can smoking be legal, but a vaping ban be on the cards? It just doesn't make sense at all. The UK is a nanny state, so there vaping...

toke it like a cigar ?

When I first began vaping, yes, I did inhale to my lungs, but not now. I've read that others on this forum also don't inhale, or at least a slight inhale. It took a while for me to get out of the inhaling habit, but definitely worth the habit breaking effort. Healthier I'd say, and it opened...

    Cleaning Kanger ProTank and Heads

I rebuild my coils for my eVods, and when I change flavor, I take the whole thing apart except for the coil and bottom pin. I rinse everything under the hot tap to wash off the liquid. Then I put the whole lot in hot distilled water for about five minutes. After five minutes I change the water...

What's you favorite thing to do while vaping?

Firstly, Enjoying a good cup of coffee and listening to any good CD. Second, building coils, cleaning my kit etc. Third, a good movie or a good book.

    iTaste MVP v2 Owners Group

I agree with the comments about the suitability of the stiff button. It's set flush with the plastic surround so no worries about it getting pressed in my pocket, and it's a little stiff for that extra protection. I like it like that. At first it was difficult to get used to since I had been...

    Moving backwards in vaping?

This is a very enjoyable thread to read, as this subject has often crossed my mind, not so much in terms of going "backwards," but finding the right kit to buy, (or comfortable level to stay at), without going too far and wasting money. I have resisted the urge to "move forward" and have stuck...

    Kanger evod 2 New heads

I just about always use EVODSs, (with an MVP), the EVOD1 I believe, so I can't comment on the the EVOD2. But with the EVOD1, I never have any burnt taste at all. Then again, I do build my own coils. I have noticed that the packaged coils can have a burnt taste, and that the problem is down to...

    Tobacco Companies are Scaring Doctors

    1. The tobacco in China is actually very good. I've seen it being grown here. Even if the nicotine is from China, you're probably getting something very pure. 2. Some one posted an interesting comment recently to the effect; If vaping came first, and then came smoking, smoking would instantly...

I'm sick and tired of the HATERS telling me "how bad vaping is for you"

I'm with you on this one. It can be totally frustrating. Only recently I had some one tell me how vaping is more dangerous than smoking. Apparently, EV liquid has more nicotine and tar in it than a cigarette does. How do I answer a comment like that? Is it even worth the effort? People do not...

    18mg seems like too much

Either vape less, drink more water or vape 12mg. I'd go for a 12mg trial.

Just quit smoking 7 days ago, when does it get easier? : (

I agree with going for 12mg. 18mg is a little strong for some, and 6mg too low. Once you get the right nicotine levels, there shouldn't really be any difficulty quitting smoking. It is the nicotine you're addicted to, not the cigarette. Get that right, then everything else should be ok...

    How much do you vape?

I'm currently in the process of working that out. I started out with ten 10ml bottles of different flavors. I'm vaping only one bottle at a time and recording how long it takes to vape that one bottle. After the 10 bottles are all vaped, I'll take an average. So far, it's around 3-5ml per day...

    Propylene glycol and Weight Gain

That is strange. I've lost 9kg since I stopped smoking. Then again, I don't inhale. It took a few days to break the inhaling habit, but it's second nature now. Maybe that has something to do with it. I don't know.
