    Just FYI: They are not numbered. I don't think David ever intended on making Ti 18650s. I could be wrong, but I think he was just playing with some extra Ti that day. :)

    KGD... I peel away the very thin layer from one side. Then, I cut in my strips in desired thickness. I then cut each strip in half.

    I have not worked mine yet. I have not been 'up to' the task. Some found, doing it dry, using a brush to clean the shavings from the threads after every slight advancement and back-off. But, like I said, that is not proven method by me. Good luck. :)
