All of my coils, are approximately 2.4mm (3/32"). That was the size of my mini screwdriver, I used to wrap on. When I bought my Gizmo, it did not come with any mandrels that size. So, I put a nail of that size, in the chuck. Eventually, I want to find some mandrels in, and around, that size. -

Hey.. Thanks! Not any better yet. Very sick, but not nearly as bad as last time. Not yet, anyway. The inability to breathe is as bad(or worse), but the pain level is significantly less. The breathing thing, gets a bit scary at times. But, it's all good. Thank goodness I have been vaping... -
