    Arctic Ice? A menthol juice? Menthol flavoring comes from menthol crystals. Menthol Juices can have a tendency to crystallize a bit.. I would assume even more so in high vg because the consistencies are sooo different. shake it up and get the crystals re dissolved and vape away is my suggestion.
