    I'd start with a computer drawing, 3d images etc, then for a prototype I'd search for a local machine shop, maybe one with CNC equipment that can make a working prototype, its not going to be cheap :(, you also need to find suppliers for the hardware, screws, orings etc.

    For me a picture is worth a thousand words, I learned a lot watching videos in YouTube and there are plenty about Kayfuns and how to build them properly. Don't take me wrong, its not that I don't want to explain the process the way I do it, but there are far better examples out there :)

    If that's a Iclear16 you must use the drip tip that comes with the tank which screws in the tank threads and pushes the wick in, a regular 510 tip wont work.

    Lung Inhale vs Mouth Inhale

    lol I had to start vaping to learn that "lung inhale" was even an option.. I still do mouth inhale, but when chasing clouds and experimenting with RDA's I use 0 nic liquids and do lung inhale because well.. the lungs have more capacity than the mouth and in consequence hold more vapor :)
