    I see where the OP is coming from, but I have had a few G2 flavors and they were pretty good. Perhaps the best way to address it is to contact the juice maker with your concerns and encourage them to chose a more "mature" labeling in the future.

    Started a year ago with 36mg in a C4 atty, went to dripping 6mg and with the new tanks I've been stocking up on lately have dropped to 3mg....but I have no intention of stopping...part of my smoking addiction was the "ritual", so I can get that in a healthier version with vaping.

    I respect Dr. F but a metallurgist he isn't....so i will go with the opinion of the metallurgists in this thread. :) And to not check for hot legs and even heating would more more disastrous in the long run for my vaping habit.

    Posting a pic of your coil might be helpful, as SF0059 mentioned it needs to be a loose coil with none of the loops touching.

    From what I have heard, Kayfun screws like the ones from fatdaddy work...or since you have a Kayfun already, maybe you have some extra screws? As for the shaft coming off with the topcap, I make sure the chamber and chimney are tightly secured first and then screw on the topcap so it is snug...

    If you are doing a single microcoil around 1mm inner diameter, you will not have enough wick to keep it from leaking. Doing a larger coil around 2mm should give you enough wicking material to prevent it from leaking. I've even had problems with dual coils wrapped around 18ga needles.
