Try a 100% VG blend in a flavor you like. If it doesn't work, you are not out much. Then maybe go 30pg/70vg and so on until you find something that works and where the PG doesn't bother you.

I've been rebuilding the PT3 heads for about a week now, I've not been putting in any more cotton than needed. After you fluff the cotton a bit, the rubber cap will come right down to it.
The Innokin VV Ver 3.0 has VV and VW and it hardly bigger than an 1100 or 1300mah eGo. Battery life is shorter than I would like, but it works well. You can find them for under $30.
