    SMOK RTA and RDTA question.

I know on my TFV4 deck, you don't want to "stuff it to the gills", it doesn't like that at all. I use a Scottish Roll wick, but I trim it down so the juice channel is full, but not stuffed tightly. You might try trimming them down a bit. Mine will still leak if it is on it's side for while but...

RDA New GeekVape Tsunami 24 Includes BF Pin

I've had mine a few hours, already loving it.

    Kanger Dripbox 160 TC

Mine came today. I also picked up a Tsunami 24, as I just really really wanted one. There are good points, such as the 160W and dual batteries, for flexibility and battery life, but there are drawbacks too. First thing is that the battery door does not sit flat, causing it to rock slightly...

    Geekvape Tsunami 24 RDA Tank

Tsunami 24 and the Dripbox 160 arrived today. And yes, I am using the BF atty that came with the DB160, but I have it on a different squonker. It is better than the stinking Hobo clone I was using before. As for the Tsunami 24, it overhangs the edge of the DB160 a little, but that doesn't...

Post pictures of your working wick and coil setup

Tsunami 24 and the Dripbox 160 arrived today, so moved a build that I had crammed into my Royal Hunter over the T24 until I can put a new build together for it.

Post pictures of your working wick and coil setup

It's sad that one spot turned out badly, it looks like it would have been a gorgeous coil. But that wicking looks perfect!

    Best RTA, RDA, RDTA

I really think there is no right answer to this question. Some want flavor, some want clouds, others was ease of use. There are too many subjective variables. You might be able to identify what makes a atty good, but never "the best".

    Easy coil builds for noobies

More wire takes more power to heat it up. The resistance is the same, yes, but more wattage is the only solution. ;) If you are a MTL vaper, the Lemo and Lemo 2 are fantastic tanks to use. I preferred the Lemo2 due it it's top fill and slightly more open draw over the Lemo. I starting using...

The Innokin iTaste VV V3 owners group

After a year of use and charging every day, if you intend to keep vaping, it is more economical to switch to a single 18650 device (as long you are a low wattage vaper), get a decent charger (like a Efest Luc v2) and 2-3 batteries to swap out. Then when the batteries go, they can be replaced...

    Easy coil builds for noobies

Claptons can seem simple, but until you find the right technique for you, it can be frustrating. I started with this 2 years ago - And more recently -

    Easy coil builds for noobies

I started out by rebuilding Protank coils (dual coils even!), and then moved to RBAs. It only got more involved from there. Good job putting up these for the beginners. It is slightly hard to see, but yes, there are two coils in there. I was building around 1Ω at the time, I was fine if it was...

    Easy coil builds for noobies

Spaced coils, contact coils, tensioned micro coils and twisted wire are the 4 easiest to make. In my opinion. I would say parallels, but they can be tricky for the new builder to mount correctly.

    COIL BUILD LIST/DEFINITIONS

You should separate framed staple and staple. Staples are multiple core ribbon wrapped with a high guage, framed is as you describe it. Mush like the separation between Clapton and Fused Clapton. Tiger wire is a favorite of mine, a round wire twisted with ribbon - I'll throw Juggernaut in...

    RDA Round-Table Discussion and Lookout

None of of the groups I am in are like that, one is a bunch of people that came together (more or less) two years ago, one mech mods group run by one of the sweetest people I know, another run by her and her husband for his juice line, a DIY group that is pretty chill (only has a no clones...

How and when do I clean my setup?

I was working on building a deck, Continuity beat me to it. :) I never really seen a chart updated for subohm, but most premade coil manufacturers have gotten in the practice of printing a range on the outside of the coil, the low end is a good starting point. Don't start at the top end, I...

How and when do I clean my setup?

I clean my tanks and drippers when making a change to a juice that is very different from what I was vaping previously, or if they are just gunked up. If I am changing coils, I will usually start fresh with a clean atty then too. Hot water, a little rinsing and you are good to go. With premade...

council of vapor aris pro ohm to low

If it is the Smok H-Priv, the range for TC should be .06-3Ω. To get .06 with 24ga Ni200, on a 3mm ID wrap, you would need 26 wraps for each coil. To keep the coil size around 10-12 wraps, you would need to switch to 28 or 30ga.

council of vapor aris pro ohm to low

Somehow I missed the type of wire. That comes out to what, about .02Ω? I hope the device isn't in power mode. Some mods will pick up a .02 Ni200 coil, some won't. Make sure you have it in the right mode. What mod is it?

    RDA Round-Table Discussion and Lookout

There is also a lot of Vape Hate out there. If you have a public group, you will constantly be fighting the automated FB reporting policies. It can be hard to run a board when content (or the FB page itself) constantly disappears and you find yourself reported for violations that never occurred...
