    Thanks for coming in Rob, and sorry to get you worked up on it. I got it working with a bit of duct tape. Last time I had it apart I must have scraped the rubber insulation on the firing pin a bit. What I still don't get was the intermittent working between the cleanings if it was grounding out...

    Yeah, I pushed the Tube up, and tried with a small screwdriver to push just the positive copper/brass tube up. Tested it with a few different cartos/atties of varying length on their positive connections as well. I am lost on what to do with it, and why it is acting the way it is.

    Yeah, I have had the whole thing apart minus the 510 connection. Everything has been filed and scrubbed with a brush. It just makes no sense that it will hit perfect for a few mins, then go to not firing at all. I do get a spark at the Battery, but that is it...

    Sorry it took a bit to get back to you. We are good here, still working on getting our van in tip top shape for the upcoming inspection... The salt they put down here eats the cars alive, so we have this gaping hole down the bottom side that used to be our rocker panels. Just gonna blow it out...
