Do you know how many volts the batt is putting out and also the ohms of the cartos/clearos? Wash the clearo heads/unit in hot or warm water and let them dry. This seems to get whatever is on/in them out as they seem to wick better for me cleaned prior to use. The cartos are another story...- skelley
