    Big ecig will greatly benefit as they can afford the application process. Look at Totally Wicked, they have already registered all there liquid with the FDA, they have already been through this process which is even worse in Europe so they know how this works.

    It's based on 1ml on a state by state basis from my understanding. Yes 1ml ! I think Illinois is the highest atm if I recall. 1ml is the equivalent pack of smokes. Time to up the nic levels for sure.

    Once deemed tobacco, they will be treated as such. Just look at your states current tobacco laws and apply. E-cig market is a $3.7 Billion dollar/year market, big e-cig companies aren't going anywhere. There will be juice and devices available.

    What states are banning e-liquid and/or devices on 08/16? The way I understand FDA Regs, everything that is on the market prior to 8/16 can stay on the market for the next 2yrs.     It's a 'top coil' design, which I don't care for. Those types rely on the wicking ability of the media and I've experienced that some parts of the liquid wick quicker which affects my vape, YMMV.
