    That's a "Chid or DUD" with a syringe tube for tank on an EVO Intelligent LCD. I got my DUD from Clouds of Vapor, syringe from Tractor Supply (Ideal Instruments) and the EVO from Discount Vapors.

    Mine tipped over on at my computer desk and the head popped off. Upon further examination there really is not much that held them together. I used it for a few months, so I'm not really that disappointed I guess... I wasn't really expecting much for a $29 mod.

    Having 2.99 v on a freshly charged 3.7 v battery is a problem. Is the battery right off the charger? It should read (under no load) 4.2. If you have used the battery for a bit then the voltage will slowly drop of course.
