Too high drain rate. Would be lucky to get an hour out of a full charge and due to the high stress on the battery would reduce its useful life tremendously. But if you are OK with frequently buying new batteries you could get away with it. I tried a 2.0 ohm boge on my standard 510 battery and it...
For simple reliable and leak free I like and recommend boge 2.0 or smoktech 1.7xl (aka resurrector) cartos. The boge hold about 25 drops. The 1.7xl holds about 45the drops.
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Otoh .......my current favs are my 3.7v mod with either 2.0 boge cartos or smoketech1.7xl's. Slight edge to the 1.7's because they require less refilling.
Thanks all. Keep it comming. I know LR overstresses the small batteries. Just want the best possible performing HANDS FREE batt setup for those times when pressing a button is inconvenient and a cartomizer that can match the charge life of the battery. I have my egos and phantomj for the rest of...
Kind of expected to get 808 recommendations. Never bought an auto though and with tech constantly changing didn't want to miss something. So the 510 auto switch still is not caught up to the KR? Does the 8 08 have two battery sizes or are they all standard? Figure a small clearo should last...
Looking for suggestions as to the best performing mini auto battery. Just feel like I need something I can hold in my mouth and puff on while working and not have to stop what I am doing to press a button. Just to fill a gap when my egos and mods are too big or awkward not as a primary Pv...
Depends on the alarm. Some are "particulate" sensors. These trip based on optical sensing of particles in the air. That can be smoke dust vapor etc in sufficient density. I have never had an alarm go off casually vaping but have set one off by blowing a cloud of vapor directly into it.
Cartomizers are a once and done. Wear it out and toss it. Although some have success cleaning them by boiling and letting dry a few days. For your Atty and cart the cottonish material is easily replaced to make them like new. Two common materials for refilling are polyfil like used in pillows or...
There seem to be two parts to "steeping". One is the flavor completely permeating the base liquid. This is just a mater of letting fresh juice sit long enough and will happen even if the bottle is sealed. The second is most flavorings have some type of dillutant (most often an alcohol) which can...
Are you using the same liquid with both? If so then I would suspect that the carto is lower ohm/resistance than the Atty. Perfectly normal. Lower resistance give more and/or warmer vapor. The flip side is too low and the additional heat mutes the flavor of some liquids.
A little change in draw technique is in order too; different than smoking. Draw slowly into your mouth THEN inhale. As opposed to sucking the vapor directly into your lungs like an analog smoke.
Welcome. With minimal (still some required) willpower the transition to vapor is not too hard. Keep motivated. Effect makes a great support group too.
@ Hulsey, where in Jville are you? Nice to have another local vaper.
A second for bluemistvaping. Nice to be able to pick flavors for sample packs. Product price and service are all good.
Personal favorites:
Tobacco: Robs Blackjack
menthol: Hypermint
Bakery: Belgian waffle
Sounds overfilled. Try removing the carto and blowing through it into a tissue from the mouthpiece end to remove excess juice. Also dry out the battery connector before putting the carto back on.
I had similar issues. Tastebuds shutting down. As said staying hydrated helps a lot rotating flavors helps too. I found a strong menthol got me over the hump. When your sense of taste heals you will notice a lot of things change. Be warned though that the refreshed sense of taste &smell is not...
Hope the family gets to doing better Jerry. Looking forward to having my Phantom, but definitely not at the expense of your family being taken care of. Take your time and I will imPATIENTLY puff my Ego until you get caught up. Family has got to ocme first. Talk to you soon.
