The ENEMY of mosfet switches is heat. I love the 2.0 ohm cartos on my ego and have yet to have a battery problem in 8months (finding wood to knock on as I type). I DO let my batts rest if I notice them getting warm to the touch so as not to overload the switch. Someone who chanvapes 10 second...
Correct! With VV you can pick the atty/carto you want to try, then change the voltage of your PV up or down until it performs the way you want it to. If it is too cold/not enough vapor then turn up voltage. If it pops or is too hot you can turn it down. If you burn it out, you went too far or...
There is no free lunch (or vapor). Liquid + battery = vapor. To get more vapor you have to use more of both. For most, the trade off is worth it. If you are happy with your current charging habbits, vapor, and liquid usage then no need to go any further. If you want/need more then you have to...
For a reasonably priced 6v mod, check out the MaxiRS from Madvapes.
Maxi RoughStack V2 Kit
Another benefit with this one is you can also try 3.7v and 7.4v vaping simply by changing to different batteries. Of course going straight to a VV mod like the Provari would give even more vaping...
For ease of use, good vapor, and minimal filling (3-5 times a day); I really like the Bogue 2.0ohm cartos. I ditch the soft rubber cap and replace it with a delrin drip tip. Initial fill is about 25 drops and refills are about 15.
not often, but when they do........I have lost 1 of 4 of my ego chargers in about 7 months. Having an extra charger definitelty doesn't hurt. Plus I can leave one in the car, house, work, etc and don't have to worry about remembering to take it with me. I would hate to have to hope my spare...
Jerry, They should have sold you two 16340s for the MRS. do not fear though.........if you will hang on to them I will take them off your hands if they are unusable for you. I am going to get the short bodied RS in the next week or so.
haven't seen many reviews but there is a 510 style tank & attie out there now. Another option would be the 510 with Bogue Cartomizers. They hold about 1ml of liquid so last a pretty good while without refilling and I have never had one leak unless I overfilled it.
Could always wrap a ZigZag...
never got the sore throat but sort of a "different" feeling, not really dry. Keeping water nearby was basically an instant cure. Now I pay more attention to staying hydrated than I have in years and no more problems.
The "NOOB" section is the most active on the forum so don't feel "stuck" by being here. You can still read anywhere you want. Nearly 8 months and I still spend more time here than anywhere else.
The best we can do is to please our significant other/female SOME of the time. Otherwise I just...
Sort of a trial and error thing. Nothing to be surprised or embarrassed about. Took me weeks to figure out how to get the best out of them but they are my favorite now. the filler when dry/new is not very absorbant and I find getting the first fill right has more to do with the total life of the...
Any idea what resistance cartos/atties you are using? For example if you are set on 6v+ and using an LR style atty or carto, they will burn out in very short order.
we are actually INHALING the juice in vapor form, but the volume of juice in vapor form is miniscule compared to even a single drop on your tongue or lips where the nicotine and flavor are absorbed by direct contact with your mucus membranes. Drinking the juice would be a MUCH stronger...
congrats on the switch. You definitely jumped in with both feet. lol.
Don't own one but the only problem I can see with the ProVari as a first PV is your options for upgrade will be VERY limited. LOL.
I top off my bogue 2.0s at first sign of diminished vapor........usually about 10 drops vs 20-25 drops for the initial fill. Also using lignt colored/clear/thin juices extends life tremendously.
"spots" makes me think maybe they are "clear annodized" for durability. if this is the case they will need a thorough sanding with 400.600.1000 grits of wet/dry sandpaper to remove the annodizing then can be polished mirror bright with any good aluminum polish. Hopefully ordering mine this week...
