7x7 is better. Buy some tinier wire, or even better few different sizes to test what is best for you. Wire with big diameter is good only for serious subohming.- zogu

I don't know on what genny yo will use it, but wire with smaller diameter is much better, i'm using wire rope with 1.5 - 2mm diameter.- zogu

Crappy button and "self unscrewing" is known issue even for real nemesis. Button will be much better after few weeks of use and to prevent unscrewing you have to screw negative pin really tight. I don't know how it works with magnet upgrade, maybe it will not unscrew with this upgrade. -

Hcigar has venting holes on the same place as original. FT nemesis is not from hcigar. I think that FT is buying clones from here. They have all ft clones (Nemesis, chi you, poldiac, EA, kayfun etc...) -

On FT clone contacts are silver plated, for VB clone i'm not sure. -

Katdarling, i wouldn't recommend this if he use mechanical mod, but two batteries in series with electronic really does not need protection. Glycerol, removing protection can be tricky, be very careful and if you can discharge batteries to 2.75-3, even if you make some shortcut at this voltage... -

I have 2. tr001, one with a switch on the side and this make whistling noise (can't sleep when is turned on) and one without switch, they are very slow, but i'm using them without any problems, all batteries are charged between 4.18 and 4.22V. Also if batteries does not fit in V8 you can remove... -

Original magnets are 17x14x1mm, but 19x14x1mm also fits, there is discussion on ft forum about this magnets. I never tried them, but on local forum in my country we made small coop and ordered 20 pieces. When they arrive i will post here are they fit. But they are definitely not expensive ;) -

That is about 1.6mm, yes sleeved wire rope with ekowool or something similar, but it must be greater than 1/16", at least 2mm with 1.5mm wire rope.- zogu
