I do beat it as creamy as possible, sometimes add a spoon of cream cheese or parm cheese mmmmm. Yes it is cooking intensive which is not my thing, but neither is my fat ....! -

I guess it is not that high. I spent the day cooking pick up and eat food, cleaned celery, made egg salad, deviled eggs and and froze a big bag of Sam's Club brocoli. Tonight while doing chicken will start on making tomorrow spag squash lasagna, have not made that in a while. I am at 20-30 a day... -

Thanks Alice I do mine with fresh or frozen cook until soft, add butter, heavy cream seasonings and beat with mixer. Other times I add cheese, bacon and onion and bake until bubbly. -

Wow, had no idea there were so many of us low carbing! Can we get a recipe swap thread I am out of ideas. Doing a higher carb meal tonight (for us anyway) Tarragon chicken over sauteed spag squash and a salad. i try t stay around 20-25 day and DH just getting started. -

Sorry to see many of you have joined me and Alice in the endless virus run. DH and me both are on round 3 for him 2 for me. Way to early for this much flu going around. And it hangs on forever, but I am getting more sleep than i have in ages. Hope everyone gets to feeling better and soon. -

Just use 70% over the counter alcohol/rubbing alcohol, been using this forever, cheap works well.
