Good news, and bad news..
Hey wngs, the Pila charger usually comes with a 1 year warranty. I would contact the vendor you bought it through for assistance in getting it replaced. Read the warranty before calling, I think it says you must use only Pila batteries, wink wink. I have the same charger and I've noticed once... -

5v Battery for my Grand?
Forget the 357 IMO. I tried a sealed and an unsealed 357 on multiple devices and was not impressed at all. They are super finicky and think Cisco LR 306's perform better then the 357. I would just stick to the basic Cisco attys and save some $$. -

I think many people including myself questioned the quality of the beta testing and the number of people who beta tested the EQ. When you say the mini usb kept disconnecting, do you mean the cord would fall out of the EQ or that you would loose your power supply/connection to the EQ (like your computer would go on standby)? If you would loose power to your EQ, it could just be a bad USB cable. Please elaborate.- DTO
