    Hi Michelle, We are working to resolve this issue. I think it may be a matter of them drying out quicker than it is them being underfilled. Just wanted to let you know this is a known issue and is being worked on.

    Is there a secret decoder ring to find the mix date from the Lot#?

    Our retailers used to have the option of choosing not to have a born-on date displayed. That is no longer an option for them, as we now ensure all bottle have a "best by" date. Hope this helps to solve the riddle :)

    Hi Uncle, It depends on how they are orientated. It has one place for charging 65/78 mm battery and another longer spot which can hold either a fully assembled 65mm w/ carto or another 78mm without carto.

    Not that familiar with V4L hardware. Our G6 is KR808D-1 compatible. Maybe someone else can chime in on this one.

    Hi Dopeh, If the items can fit in a flat rate box, the shipping is much cheaper. Over (8) 30ml bottles or Sample Packs or Ecig Kits will not fit in the Flat Rate boxes, so shipping gets a bit more expensive. Hope this helps you on future orders.

    Hi Carol, all battery stats can be found at the bottom of the page here: Jet Black Electronic Cigarette Battery The automatic batteries do have an open hole on the bottom. The manual batteries do not.
