    I'm doing a race and return up in Altoona Ia. I'm fine other than wasting a lot of time... Tornado are horrible things. I lost my home to one four years ago. My family was safe and after several hours searching all my animals turned up... My heart breaks for those that have lost loved ones...

    I have a black cat named Shadow. He kills everything that moves. Mice, squirrel, rabbit, grouse, mole, snake, groundhog, and opossum.. you name it he's killed it... My 150lb chocolate lab won't even come on the porch if Shadow has decided to sunbath there .. lol
