    Good luck Recht When I first started I had the cravings which I think were more about my habit of grabbing a cig and lighting it. I got past that by holding my PV most of the time. By the 2nd day vaping my cigarette cravings had almost completely ceased. Hope the same happens for you.

    Thanks folks :) One point I did forget to mention is the Director of the V.A. has been in talks with the Regional Director to look into PV's to add them to the list of Smoking Cessation solutions since they have a very low success rate with the Patch and Pills. Being gov't it will be awhile...

    ok....i'll try this !

    I was a heavy 3 pack a day smoker and found 24mg to be a bit heady and got me dizzy, stepping down to 18mg was perfect. When I started vaping and quit smoking over a month ago I did have a bit of a queasy stomach for a couple days but it went away.
