    YES!!! Shouldn't this be the very core of an aggressive campaign to every member of Congress???? They can amend the law that the FDA is using to base these regulations on. Aren't Federal agencies subject to Congressional oversight...

    I feel the OP's pain with the poorly built batts. My answer was to do an MVP 2.0 (Mt Baker Vapor -10% + 2 bottles of awesome juice = $44 net price/value), and just the other day the iTaste vv 3.0 for the smaller form factor, but with the excellent features of the mvp (101vape.com for <$30 net)...

    These are the ones I've used - you might poke around fasttech's site to see if they offer the higher resistance combinations you're looking for. Have no idea on what the impact of use on a Provari might be, but they work great with the Kanger tank heads.
