Neither, use PGA 190 proof, it's safe to ingest unlike rubbing alcohol(not that it's a worry but you may want to take a sip). Most of the time Everclear or vodka is 150 proof or less, thus not as effective.
For me it seems to take a bit of steeping for the creamy texture thing to happen. I've noticed even if I heat steep in a crockpot for four hours it still takes two to three days for it to happen.
I was trying to make the good cherry flavor I got when making HIC's cherry pie without the pie, but it was kinda flat. After thinking about it for a while I realized it must need the apple part of the pie. ~.5% TFA apple did the trick.
I usually go to just above the level of juice in the bottle. If the bottle is only a third full and you have water up close to the lid it can cause them to kinda float and tip over.
Four hours is the norm, I've gone longer on some tobaccos. I always keep the caps on.
FA Desert Ship is good and flavorful at 2% for me. What I've been told and have read is FA tobacco's can be tricky as you can get totally different flavors by using more or less, they only get stronger/weaker within a small window.
Lorann percentages are all over the place. I had Lorann cinnamon roll that needed 25-30%, it wasn't very good. Ever since I've avoided Lorann.

I've been using NN's VG until just recently I got some from WL. I did a finger taste real quick between the two and couldn't really tell any difference. They where both sweeter than I would have imagined. I haven't noticed any difference in the way they vape.
Most any of these flavor suppliers > http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/539843-flavor-flavour-suppliers.html
Thanks to RocketPuppy for the thread.
I think TFA is awesome for giving us the info to make our own decision. I just wish vendors(looking at WL) would mark the offending flavors in some way.
