Hi Dee! Yeah, WW does have a learning curve :) I'm doing pretty well. I have fewer melt downs now and the melt downs are shorter in duration. My avi is a pic of Joyce and her Yorkie, Taggart. It helps to see pics of healthier and better times :) -

Joyce took great pride in being from the Taggart/Ross clans on her mother's side. Her father was Norweigan - conceived in Norway, born in the United States. Talk about stubborn. I never met a more determined, stubborn person than Joyce's father :) -
